This season is a blend of two major cities in Maharashtra (a state in India): one being the home of Bollywood and the other the birthplace of the “Father of Indian Cinema” – Dadasaheb Phalke. Over time, both places have evolved, and this evolution can be seen in the old and new footage of the movies and songs. For instance, in old movies, one can spot the extinct BEST tram. Similarly, there is a lot of trivia about Mumbai and Nashik in this season that is rare and unheard of. From railway stations to parks, beaches, streets, and cafes, Mumbai has been thoroughly explored by Bollywood filmmakers. On the other hand, the holy pilgrim site Ram Kund in Nashik has been featured in various old and new Bollywood movies.
